The 12 week body challenge is especially for people who like a beginning and an end to a challenge. You will be in a motivating environment and held accountable to your personal trainer. This is a fun way to exercise in a group, out doors and meet like minded people. The 12 week body challenge concentrates on losing weight and toning muscles, also creates an increased fitness level and a faster metabolism.

Cellulite is a cosmetic defect of The skin where there appears to be dimpling or irregular bulging of the skin. The affected areas may appear to feel “tight”, “heavy” or “tender”.
